I can get it all into Microsoft Excel or other datasheet if you want just something quick and easy. You will be able to organise and find the information according to different fields; for example according to the last name, address or field of business... No more reading name after name looking for the right one, let the computer do the work for you!

Using Excel as a database works for about 3000 contacts; bigger numbers will slow down the use of the database

Database Software
Or, if you have a database software I can see whether it is suitable for what you want to accomplish. Maybe you are ready to get new software like Microsoft Access to do it all for you. Specialiced database software handles large numbers of contacts easily and you can view the information in several different ways: as form, table or a report.
There is also an excellent free database software Open-office Base, which does pretty much the same as Access.
